Delivery Services

Lenleys offer delivery services to anywhere within Kent, using our own delivery vans and delivery teams. For goods over £500, delivery is free in all CT and ME postcodes and also free in TN23-TN30 postcodes. Nominal charges apply to Kent deliveries outside of these areas.

Customer orders which are delivered by the supplier direct into Lenleys Distribution Centre will be carefully checked before we advise customers and arrange delivery.

On the day prior to delivery customers will be contacted and advised of the delivery schedule and should this change our delivery crews will advise accordingly.

Furniture and beds will be delivered into the required position, unpacked and set up. Assembly will be undertaken when included in the price and all packaging will be removed.

Customers will need to ensure that access for delivery of their furniture is clear. Advising Lenleys about any unusual situations, such as difficult traffic restrictions or internal lifts or stairs, is alwys helpful and will able us to anticipate any delivery problems. Customers will need to arrange for any electrical work or fixing to walls that may be required.

Delivery outside of Kent

Lenleys will arrange delivery throughout the United Kingdom and to other countries if required. A quotation of charges is available on request and Lenleys reserve the right to ammend these charges as circumstances dictate.
